Lucinda Botten, the founder of Salamander Executive, started her recruitment career in 2000 successfully helping to build the temp arm and establishing a perm catering desk in a leading recruitment organisation. She then went on to work within the Executive Search marketplace working on high level retained assignments across various sectors.

Over the last 4 years her focus has been within the Rec to Rec arena recruiting for the Tier Ones, Leading Boutique Search firms and top Contingency Consultancies. She recruits at all levels across various sectors but predominantly in TMT, Finance, Public Sector and Lifesciences. She is valued for her confidentiality and known for maintaining ongoing relationships with her candidates and offering a truly professional service to clients at all times!
